FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

We normally despatch within 2-5 working days from receipt of order. If your order is urgent please let us know before 12pm (midday) when ordering, and we will make every effort to despatch the same day providing stock levels allow. Orders received after this time will be routinely processed the following working day.

We use Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service as our preferred delivery method for goods delivered to mainland UK.

Delivery time for UK is quoted by Royal Mail as being up to 3 working days from the date of despatch. Please be aware that Public Holidays and seasonal workload variations, such as those around Christmas, may cause delays to the standard service.

Consignments to Europe and the Rest of the World are dispatched using Royal Mail's Airmail service, Parcel Force Worldwide or similar carrier.

Will I be informed when my goods have been dispatched?

Every care is taken when packing customer orders to ensure that the goods reach you safely and in good condition. As part of our commitment to providing good customer service we acknowledge receipt of orders by email and also issue a dispatch notification.  Goods will be dispatched to the shipping address supplied to us when the order is received.

What is the cost for postage and packaging?

Our delivery charges are based on a ready-to-dispatch boxed weight.

For multiple purchases, the postage and packaging charge will reflect the combined boxed weight of the consignment.

We do not profit from P&P and materials are charged to the customer at cost.  Please note our P&P charges include the cost of postage using Royal Mail or other carrier, standard packing cartons, loose void fill, other packaging materials as appropriate and a small amount to include the time spent packing your consignment. Is it safe to use my credit card?

We currently use PayPal as our authorised payment provider. You have the option of paying through your PayPal account or by paying directly using your credit or debit card. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted.

How do I return goods if there is a problem?

While every care is taken when packing orders, occasional damage may occur in transit. Should any goods arrive damaged or faulty please advise us by email within 7 days of receipt of goods, quoting the order reference given on the despatch note which accompanied your consignment. Depending on your stated preference, we will either replace damaged or faulty items or offer a refund of the full amount paid, including any return postage costs.

What happens if I change my mind?

While we work hard to offer an attractive range of products with which our customers will be delighted, the Distance Selling Regulations allow customers to return an item for a refund if they have changed their mind and no longer require it. Although the Regulations allow a ‘7 day cooling off period' from the date of receipt of goods, we would request that you notify us by email immediately after receiving your consignment if you no longer require it. Arrangements can then be made for returning the item to us. A full refund will be given within 7 working days from receipt of returned goods providing the goods have not been used. Any items received in a non re-saleable condition will be subject to a reduced refund amount.The purchase price of returned goods will be refunded provided the goods have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition. The return postage cost is to be paid by you.
